To promote Kent Monkman’s Being Legendary exhibition at the Royal Ontario Museum, we crafted a cinematic spot that mirrored the artist’s visionary storytelling. Filming on location in Calgary, we used a drone as a dynamic stand-in for a shooting star, symbolizing the guiding spirit of Monkman’s work.

Collaborating with director Shauno Wilson, we ensured the final piece resonated with Monkman’s themes of Indigenous resilience and reimagined history.

The result was a visually arresting campaign that honored Monkman’s legacy and invited audiences into his transformative world.
